When English as a medium of education has become a craze, we decided to swim on the reverse. In our opinion, choosing mother tongue as the medium of education, is the best option. There can never be any other method as good as this. While admitting the role of English in today’s greater world, one must agree to the fact that, foreign language can never replace the mother tongue. Every child feels at ease with his/her mother tongue. And that is the fact, that ignited the fire within us, to venture in Bangla. Since 1995, we are there and we feel proud too, for the same. The very fact is that, beside teaching in Bangla, we have, given much importance in English & been maintaining high standard of teaching in English, which is evident from the results and performances of our students.
Keeping the focus on good education itself, it should be noted that, other extracurricular activities should also be taken care of. For the complete growth of personality, apart from academic knowledge, other activities like sport, yoga, recitation, singing, dancing, drawing etc. demand due attention.
Having given due attention to academics, we also train our students Drill, Bratachari, Yoga, etc. Drawing is an important area in our training. A good number of students from our Institution are regularly taking part in different competitive examinations organised by different agencies in different fields and achieving glorious success.
We organise Annual Sports at Kharagpur SERSA Stadium every year and we encourage each & every student to take part in the same.
During our Cultural Functions also, we ensure that maximum number of students take part in it, so that they can feel their worth.
Simply because, the limited school hour can never be enough for taking care of all the aspects for all-round development of a child, we regularly sit across the table with the guardians for interacting in a positive manner. Whenever, any difficulty, problem, deficiency or any short coming is noticed in a child, we immediately try to cover it up, by discussion with the guardian concerned and take special care of the particular student.
We strongly believe that, education should be joyful & interesting affair too, and not be felt as a boring matter or burden by a student. It should be cheerfully accepted by the student.
