Ours is an Educational Society, Registered with Govt. of West Bengal under Societies Registration Act., established with a view to offer high quality coaching to students. Our motto is to play the role of a “Pole Star”, guide & inspire the students who find it difficult to cope up with the prevailing situation. Once the students get admitted into our Institute, they should feel inspired and realize their worth. We are very much confident about the fact that, our students will find themselves enormously enriched at the end of the study and will move fast towards achieving success in life. We pledge to prove that our students are the assets of the Society.
From the very inception of South Side Model School, we had twin objectives in mind. Firstly, providing high quality primary education to students from KG to Class IV and secondly, to create employment opportunity for needy but efficient women. We sincerely believe that in present days, the students should, not only be contented with literary education but also acquire sufficient knowledge of the surrounding environment. They should have chance, to bring out the genius within them i.e. to express their inborn talent. Keeping this in mind we organize cultural programs, sports, quiz contest, flower show etc on yearly basis. We also organize science exhibition where the students get enough scope to show their skills. To make the students aware, we observe the important days like Netaji’s Birthday, Republic Day, Rabindra Jayanti, Environment Day, Independence Day, Teachers’ Day, Children’s Day etc. Since the foundation of this Institution in 1995 we have been honestly functioning to reach the goal. Now we stand on the verge of twentieth anniversary. At this stage we feel proud to point that a very good number of successful students, not only from Kharagpur, but also from the surrounding areas, are our product. And we feel very very proud to see them well established in life.
